What you will do
  • Act as a Partner and Right-hand to the CEO, aiding in decision-making, execution and priority setting.
  • Support CEO in Series A fundraise and investor management
  • Ensure CEO involvement in commercial work is optimized - hands-on drive commercial outcomes and unblock the commercial team. Facilitate client workshops and presentations and share insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives, driving them from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage communication and workflow between the CEO and other departments, improving efficiency and clarity.
  • Work with the Executive team to drive culture, inclusivity and employee experience
You should apply if
  • You have multiple-years of experience in strategic planning and project management within fast-paced environments that demand excellence.
  • You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes at speed. You demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • You are very fast in learning and processing complex information - able to drive multiple initiatives at high quality and speed
  • You have highest operational excellence - managing cross-functional projects and processes
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels
  • You have advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, spreadsheets, project management tools, and superior written communication abilities.
Bonus points if
  • Founder Experience: You have successfully founded or co-founded a startup, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and resilience.
  • Technical Understanding: You have solid understanding of the AI industry and tech stack, enabling effective communication with technical teams and customers.
  • Pharma and Healthcare Domain Knowledge: You bring a deep understanding of the life science industry, including regulatory landscapes, market dynamics, and innovation trends.
  • Experience working in a VC backed business with understanding of funding dynamics

Logistics
Our interview process is split into three phases:

  1. Initial Screening: If your application matches our requirements, our hiring manager will invite you to an initial video call. In this 45 minutes interview, you will get to know us and the role. Our hiring manager will be interested in your relevant experiences and skills as well as answer any question on the company and the role itself that you may have.
  2. Deep Dive: Your second video call will be with a domain expert from our team. Our interviewer will assess your skills and knowledge required for the role by asking you about meaningful experiences or your solutions for specific scenarios in line with the role we are staffing.
  3. Final Interview: Finally, we invite you to our office for two to three hours of interviewing with our founders, talking about our culture and meeting future co-workers on the ground.
